Welcome to GreenReady Academy, a training initiative of Transventel LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and services. By enrolling in a course or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
GreenReady Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Course Access & Certification

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the learner has not completed more than 20% of the course content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Courses are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantee that course completion will result in employment or professional advancement.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transventel LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or platform.

GreenReady Academy may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
